The Bruer™ Cold Brew System features a clean and functional design, while maintaining the quality of the brewing process and ultimately the end product, producing a wonderful cold brewed coffee. The Brewer produces the wonderful coffee using a special drip method. This produces 0.6 l / 20 fl oz in about 4 hours. With your order of the Cold Brew System you will also receive an adjustable silicone valve, 100 paper filters and an instruction booklet. In addition, the size and quality of the brewer are optimal. The diameter is 120mm and the overall height is 245mm, the components are glass, steel and food grade silicone. The system is dishwasher safe.

Slow-Drip Method
The slow-drip method results in a less acidic, less bitter coffee experience with exceptional complexity. Brewing "drop by drop" brings out the natural sweetness and full-bodied original flavours of each coffee.

Cold Brewing
